About Tracey

I am an artist, writer, and biologist living in Pacifica, CA. I grew up in the East Bay, went to college at SJSU in the South Bay, and now own a home with my wife, Kenzy, here on the Peninsula. I am a member of the Botanical Society of America, with my previous botanical research being focused on herbarium specimens of Protium subserratum. Art has been my passion since I was old enough to hold a crayon, and I take inspiration from nature when creating my works. My current work focuses on transforming the shape of the human body into something else through wearable pieces of artwork. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, and enjoy reading, writing, and watching science fiction in general. When I am not creating art or at a convention, you can find me with my two dogs: a corgi named Gizmo and a mini aussie named Gadget. We also share our home with a retired racing pigeon, Nova.
